4 IAS, 4 PCS transferred in Punjab

Punjab govt has transferred 4 IAS and 4 PCS officers in public interest, with immediate effect. Punjab Chief Secretary Karan Avtar Singh ordered the transfer of 8 civil services officers along with two officers were given additional charge.
