95 Punjab police inspectors promoted as DSPs

Punjab government has issued promotion orders of 95 inspectors as deputy superintendent of police (DSPs).
As per the orders, 66 inspectors’ of district cadres and 17 inspectors of armed cadres have been promoted as DSPs.
Also promotion orders of 12 inspectors have been kept in sealed covers due to some departmental issues. Once they will be resolved these 12 will become DSPs
