Spiritual Program ‘Divine Harmony’ orgainsed by SARVPREM FOUNDATION and MY HOPE HARMONY

On March 2, 2025, Sunday, SARVPREM FOUNDATION and My HOPE HARMONY organised a Spiritual Program ‘Divine Harmony’ at SDKS Bhavan Patiala.
This was the first Program of this kind. It was attended by more than 50 persons from Chandigarh, Patiala, Nabha etc. The Program was a great success. Senior member of SARVPREM, Vikas Kalra welcomed all the participants.
The founder of SarvPrem Dr. Prem Nath Ojha shared the activities conducted by this orgnisation. SARVPREM has touched many lives during last eight month by way of Anna Daan, Distributing bicycles to needy students, adopting of Slum areas near Chandigarh and giving the basic education to their children.
Dr. Ritu Bala and Shikha Syngal gave plant to the speaker Dr. Aruna Goyal. Dr. Aruna Goyal, a very learned Spiritual Healer from MY HOPE HARMONY, Pinjore conducted the session.
She discussed all the three aspects of Health- Physical, Emotional and Mental Health .She gave emphasis on Live food and Liquid food.
Sumit from the same organisation told about the importance of basic Yoga Asanas which everyone can practice at home. He suggested various Facial Yoga.
Dr. Aruna conducted two meditations during the event. Aradhana, Jyotsna , Monika, Sapna and Dr. Romika gave momento to Dr. Aruna Goyal. Vikas presented Vote of THANKS.
All the participants appreciated the program. They want it to be repeated every quarter.
