Ministry of Home affairs has promoted 9 PPS officers as IPS officers . Out of these 9, 5 officers have been allotted 2019 batch and rest 4 with 2021 batch.

Jasdev Singh Sidhu, PPS is presently posted as SP/ Secy to Governor, Punjab
Gurpreet Singh, PPS is presently posted as commandant, CTC, Bahadurgarh, Patiala
Sarbjeet Singh, PPS is posted as AIG/Litigation & EOW, BOI
Harpreet Singh, PPS is posted as AIG/EOW/Vigilance Bureau, Punjab
