A play based on water crisis was a serious script. Environmentalists all around the world are worried about future crisis of water resources. Play conveys the message that it will become difficult to survive without water in coming days if situation goes alike and humans may become man eaters. A situation of water depletion was very beautifully staged by V D Gautam and Ramneek Ghuman in well acclaimed play ‘Neer Nirupan’. They portrayed the message that 70 percent of the earth contains water but only 3 percent water can be used for drinking. As the situation is prevailing now in Libya, Jordan, Cape Town and other parts of the world the time is not far in 2020 when 1.8 billion humans on this earth may have to face water shortage.
