To commemorate Children’s Day, Scholar Fields Public School organized a Staff Model Assembly on 14 November, showcasing a well-disciplined and exemplary format for students to emulate. The special assembly was conducted entirely by the teachers, reflecting enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication towards holistic learning.
The day was dedicated to children by our first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, whose love and affection for children continue to inspire generations.
The event began with a warm welcome and anchoring by the Grade 11 and 12 teachers, setting a lively and engaging tone for the day. This was followed by the Prayer and Thought for the Day, beautifully presented by the Secondary and Middle Wing teachers, inspiring students to lead their lives with kindness, empathy, and integrity.
The Grade 5 teachers delivered the News and a Special Speech, updating everyone on current affairs and sharing meaningful insights about the importance of Children’s Day and the legacy of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
The assembly featured vibrant cultural performances by the staff — a graceful dance performance by Rajwinder Kaur, a delightful skit by Khushi, and melodious musical presentations by Niranjan and Suhel. Adding an energetic touch, Sukhmeet and Jyoti led the PT and Drill segment, promoting fitness, teamwork, and enthusiasm among students.
The program concluded with the National Anthem, led by the Senior Secondary Wing Coordinators, with all teachers joining in patriotic harmony.

In her address, Principal Chandan Deep Kaur appreciated the commendable efforts of the teachers in organizing such a well-coordinated and joyful celebration. She encouraged students to imbibe values of compassion, curiosity, and discipline — the true essence of Children’s Day.
Vice Principal Poonam Salaria also praised the staff for their creativity and team spirit, highlighting how such assemblies strengthen the bond between teachers and students. She reminded students to stay motivated, cherish their childhood, and always strive for excellence in every field.
The Staff Model Assembly truly embodied the spirit of Children’s Day —celebrating joy, unity, and learning — while inspiring students to uphold discipline, teamwork, and enthusiasm in their daily school life.
