CM Yogshala classes prove to be a boon for Mansa residents; over 6K people benefiting from 196 yoga classes, says DC

The Punjab Government’s flagship initiative ‘CM di Yogshala’ is bringing transformative health benefits to the residents of Mansa district, empowering thousands to embrace a fitter, happier lifestyle through free yoga sessions.
In a remarkable show of community enthusiasm, over 6,070 people are actively participating in 196 dedicated yoga classes across the district. These sessions are expertly led by 21 trained yoga instructors, making high-quality guidance accessible to everyone.
Deputy Commissioner Navjot Kaur IAS said that yoga not only boosts physical fitness but also fosters deep mental peace and emotional balance. Through CM di Yogshala, Mansa residents are making positive changes in their daily routines.

Open to all age groups—from children and youth to women and senior citizens—the classes welcome everyone eager to prioritize health.
