Preneet Kaur suffers an injury advised complete rest for ten days

Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh wife ,current Member of Parliament from Patiala, Preneet Kaur was injured yesterday . She suffered an injury resulting from a fall. She was rushed to the hospital, where she was treated for the injuries and subsequently discharged today.
The incident occurred in Delhi after her return from the Meeting of the Parliamentary Committee of the Indian National Congress.
The first meeting of newly elected Congress Lok Sabha MPs was held at the Central Hall of Parliament on Saturday to elect a new leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP),chaired by Sonia Gandhi.All 52 newly elected Lok Sabha Member Parliament of the Congress were present at the meeting, besides its members in the Rajya Sabha to chalk out the party’s strategy for the upcoming session of Parliament.
Disclosing this today an official spokesman of the Government said that Doctors attending to her have advised complete rest for the next 10 days. As a result she will not be taking visitors or telephonic calls during this period and advised a complete rest.
