Modern School watches Pariksha Par Charcha Live
With the board examinations around the corner, the month is a stressful time for the students. Honouring the State Education department’s instructions, Modern Senior Secondary School, Patiala, showed the live broadcast of Prime Minister Narender Modi’s ‘Pariksha Par Charcha’ (also called ‘Exam Ki Baat’) to their students on February 16, 2018.
The one-hour broadcast began at 12 pm, it comprised of an address by the PM and was followed by an interactive session with lakhs of students at Delhi’s Talkatora Stadium.
Modern School students from standards 7th onwards gathered in their school hall for this live telecast, and eagerly watched the programme.
The principal of the school , Tripatjit Kaur then concluded the whole session by having a tete e tete with the students to lessen their stress. She explained to the students how the right approach in combination with the right coping strategies can help them overcome anxiety and perform well in their exams.
