Punjabi university gets new Registrar

Punjab university Patiala vice chancellor Prof BS Ghuman has appointed Dr. Rakesh Kumar, finance officer of the university as Registrar of the university, till further orders.
Dr Rakesh Kumar, who is the finance officer, will hold the additional charge of Registrar.
He replaces Dr Yograj , who joined as new chairman of Punjab school education board.
