As per available information, in a major security breach, Indian Prime Minister personal website twitter (@narendramodi_in) has been hacked, early morning.

The account reportedly sent out tweets asking its followers to donate to the PM National Relief Fund through cryptocurrency.

The incident came as a shock for every one as several Twitter accounts of prominent personalities were hacked in July.
