CM city congress leader lodges complaint against his wife

Patiala senior deputy mayor Yoginder Singh Yogi has lodged a complaint against his wife Jaspreet Kaur for theft and other crime.
After his complaint Kotwali police station has booked her wife Jaspreet kaur along with Manav Sharma, a resident of Bhagatan Wali Gali vide an FIR number 222 under section 451 IPC (Whoever commits house-trespass in order to the committing of any offence), section 323 IPC (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 379 (Whoever commits theft ), 498 IPC (Whoever takes or entices away any woman who is and whom he knows or has reason to believe to be the wife of any other man) 120 B IPC (Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy).
As per Yogi’s complaint, “he was attending a function at his friends place on August 16, 20220. At around 2.30 pm accused Manav Sharma barged into his house, in his absence and thrashed his son and went directly to his wife Jaspreet kaur’s room. Jaspreet kaur has an illicit relation with Manav Sharma. After that she fled with Manav . On reaching home, he found that Jaspreet Kaur has taken away 22 tola gold jewelry and Rs. 1.50 lac cash’
After lodging the complaint, the SHO Kotwali deputed ASI Rajesh Kumar to investigate the case.
Yogi, a staunch supporter of MP Patiala Preneet Kaur, is a very hard working politician and congress worker.
