GNDU to organise spring flower festival

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) is hosting Spring Flower Festival , on March 17, near Sri Guru Granth Sahib Bhawan. This festival of the fragrance of flowers is being organized by Guru Nanak Dev University under the guidelines of Vice Chancellor Prof. Jaspal Singh Sandhu. The objective of this festival is to create awareness among youth about nature.
Dr. Jaswinder Singh Bilga, Incharge of Festival said that apart from flower lovers, a large number of competitors will participate in various events relating to flowers, ornamental plants along with cacti and succulent plants including Rongoli with flower petals and artificial material. Prizes will be distributed among winners.
