Bathinda Officers Wives club opened

Over cups of crisp coffee and gorgeous gossip, some enterprising wives of the officers posted in Bathinda District transformed a casual chit chat club into a Officers Wives club and a noble beginning is made.
The Officer Wives club is opened to the serving officers of Bathinda District administration, while providing officers’ spouses opportunities to meet, socialize and know each other. The spouses that have joined the club to strengthen their relations through social and charitable activities.
Anita Bharadwaj, wife of Deputy Commissioner Parneet is the chairperson of this club.
Elaborating further about the club, Anita said that wives of district and session judge, SSP and other senior members of the district administration are also members of this club. Beside them Paramjit, Nazia, Sakhshi, Dolly, Ritu Garg, Mrs Singla, Mrs Nagpal, Neetu, Mrs Sood, Alamjit Dhillon, Rupinder Ramnik Bhupinder are also members of this club.
She said that this club will offer a wide range of Special Activities for the welfare of women. We opened this club with new aspirations and new enthusiasm. We will also open a Civil Club for common people.
