Indian Medical Association (IMA) Patiala celebrated National Doctors Day in association with blood bank, RHP and IDA Patiala on July 1,2023
Dr Rajan Singla ( Principal GOMCO) and Dr Bhagwant Singh ( President IMA Punjab) inaugurated the camp along with Dr Jatinder Kansal, Dr RPS SIBIA, Dr RL Mittal , Dr Rajni Kapoor, Dr Anshuman Kharbanda ( Secretary IDA Patiala) and other
members of TEAM IMA Patiala Dr Saryu Gupta, Dr Meenakshi Singla, Dr Neeru Bedi, Dr Simmi Bhatnagar, Dr Summi Bhutani , Dr Gurpreet and many more.
Dr Chander Mohini said Donors included Dr Harsimran Tuli, Dr Sudeep Gupta, Dr Anshuman Kharbanda, Dr Jasbir Singh , Dr Hardarshan Sidhu ,Dr Biswajit Maharana, Dr Sanjay Sethi among many others.
Donors were given certificates and refreshments.
Dr Nidhi Bansal said Doctors donated blood for their patients to spread awareness for need of blood and Organ Donation. She said that the women Doctor TEAM of IMA PATIALA has been working on various projects of social importance. Organ and blood donation awareness is one such priority to educate masses and promote organ donation for those suffering.
IMA thanked Dr Rajni Bassi Kapoor and faculty, residents and staff of Blood Bank Rajindra Hospital for excellent arrangements.
