Good News for PSPCL employees; management issued instructions for releasing payments

Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) management has issued instructions to all the drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs) to ensure that the retiring employee must get its Leave Encashment money on the retirement day itself.
An official order has been issued to the entire concerned officer to implement the orders without any delay.
Now, the retiring will get its leave encashment money payment along with other retrial benefits on the retirement day itself
About Leave Encashment
Leave encashment refers to the compensation provided by an employer to an employee for their unutilized paid leaves at the time of retirement or resignation. According to labor laws, every salaried person is entitled to a minimum number of paid leaves each year.
