The  President of AIIMS Bathinda, Prof. Anil Kumar Gupta, led the auspicious event in the presence of Prof. D.K. Singh, the esteemed Executive Director of AIIMS Bathinda, and the distinguished Deputy Commissioner of Bathinda.
