Jouramajra becomes powerful minister; Punjab CM re-allocates the portfolios of ministers

Punjab chief minister has reallocated the portfolios cabinet ministers. In todays reshuffling Chetan Singh Jouramajra gets mines & geology, water resources, conservation of land & water along with his old departments.
The major looser is minister Meet Hayer, who will now hold only sports & youth services. He looses mines & geology, water resources, science technology and environment.
