PSPCL’s Director Admin ensures swift resolution of power connection issues in Zirakpur

In a proactive move aimed at addressing the concerns of consumers in Zirakpur, Jasbir Singh Sur Singh, the Director Admin of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), undertook a special visit to the town to inspect the working of Sub-Divisional Officers (SDO) and Executive Engineers (XEN).
During his visit, he also engaged with consumers, including colonizers and other residents, to understand and promptly resolve their grievances.
Jasbir Singh Sur Singh said that it came to his notice that numerous colonizers and other consumers were encountering challenges related to obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOC) and necessary approvals for power connections. Recognizing the urgency of the matter, he visited the town and interacted directly with the consumers to gain insights into the problems they were facing.
Singh expressed his commitment to ensuring a seamless and efficient power connection process for the residents of Zirakpur.
During his meetings with the consumers, Jasbir Singh Sur Singh actively listened to their concerns and took note of the challenges they were facing. Subsequently, he issued specific directives to the officials on-site to expedite the resolution of these issues.
“I believe in a responsive and consumer-centric approach. By directly engaging with the consumers and understanding their problems, we can provide quicker and more effective solutions. Our goal is to ensure that the power connection process becomes smoother for everyone in Zirakpur,” added Singh.
