Major security breach inside Lok sabha on the 22nd anniversary of Parliament attack

Today, in the morning Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has paid heartfelt tributes to the brave security personnel who were martyred in the Parliament attack in 2001 and few hours later again a major security breach has been reported in the Lok Sabha after two visitors seated in the public gallery jumped into the House’s chamber and spread tear gas, as per multiple reports.
As per initial reports two intruders jumped into the Lok Sabha from the visitors’ gallery and started running around the House. The proceeding of the Lok Sabha was suspended and the MPs started coming out of the Lok Sabha.
The incident came as a major security lapse though there were guards at the visitors’ gallery when the incident took place.As MPs came out of the Lok Sabha, they said the intruders were spraying some kind of gas.
As per sources, the Delhi Police has identified the two protesters who were arrested from outside the Parliament as Neelam (42) from Hisaar and Amol Shinde (25) from Latur, Maharashtra. The intruders from inside the House are yet to be identified.
As per available reports, Members present inside the House told reporters later that they (the protesters) were chanting slogans such as ‘tana shahi nahi chalegi‘ (dictatorship won’t be accepted). They have been detained.
