To improve functioning, examination branch of Punjabi University surpass another phase of computerization

Examination branch of Punjabi University has surpassed another stage of computerization. Under the leadership of Controller Prof. Vishal Goyal, the team of the examination branch has given a demo in the Syndicate Room, before Vice-Chancellor Prof. Arvind last evening in this regard.
While congratulating the entire team for this initiative, Prof. Arvind said that main purpose of the computerization of examination branch is to improve the functioning of the said branch. He said that Punjabi University will continue to work towards making its examination system student-centric. He also assured that there will be no threat to the job of any employee due to computerization. He also emphasized to provide the training of computer to all the employees.
Prof. Vishal Goyal informed that networking work has been completed in both the buildings of the examination branch. Due to this, many works which were previously done by taking out the print, will now be done directly on the website.
He added that Dalbir Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Narinder Singh Gandhi plays an important role in streamlining the process.
Assistant Registrar Jaswant Singh of examination department also appreciated the move.
