Punjabi University gets new Officiating VC; state also gets new school, higher education officiating head

Punjab government has appointed Principal Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Vivek Partap Singh as the new officiating vice chancellor of Punjabi University, Patiala in place of officiating VC, Kamal Kishor Yadav, IAS.
As per the state government orders, Principal Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Vivek Partap Singh, IAS will look after the work of posts held by KK Yadav, IAS in his absence from November 8,2024 to November 17,2024.
KK Yadav, who is administrative secretary, School Education and in addition Administrative Secretary, Higher Education and Languages is also holding the charge of officiating vice chancellor, Punjabi University since April 26,2024.
Recently the governor has once again give the charge of officiating vice chancellor, Punjabi University, Patiala to secretary higher education, KK Yadav, IAS till November 25,2024.
Yadav is going to attend 2nd Residency of Advanced Management Program in Public Policy at ISB, Hyderabad campus from November 8,2024 to November 17,2024.
