In the Prevailing scenario, most of us are supposed to stay home due to COVID 19.  More or less the so called virus starts from common cold to unbending diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) later on. That Virus has not been erstwhile diagnosed in humans.   Lots of research has been going on in different parts of the World. And conclusion is still far from all of us.  Meanwhile, staying at home is the most valued and accepted by all for our own health and well being of others.

CARE:  Ultimate time to heal your mind, body and soul.  Much awaited time for self love, care and grooming has come now. So cheer it yourself, and inhale this peace as much as you can for a few more days.

Refrain yourself from watching News on TV,social media as much as you can: Many psychologists suggest that 24 hours news rotation from any source may put you in stress.   Spend time with your loved ones.

Chisel your personal skills: This is the high time for honing ones creative talents, exploring new things and pursuing ones passions .Otherwise, in everyday’s busy schedule one hardly gets time to ensue one’s personal interests.

Spread positive vibes: Try to proliferate more happiness and positivity as it will make the situation jubilant. Fill the air with mirth, do yoga as it will strengthen us to tackle this pandemic

Don’t resist :  Change is the only unchangeable  law of nature. Try to accept the things and situations the way they are.   As the more you resist, the more it persists.
