AAP MLA Declared Proclaimed Offender by District Court, Property Details sought

District Court, Patiala on saturday has declared AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra a Proclaimed person.
“Proceedings under Section 85 of the BNSS shall be registered as a Criminal Miscellaneous case on the CIS system, and notice shall be issued to the Investigating Officer for 31.01.2026, with directions to place on record the list of properties of the proclaimed person, Harmeet Singh,” the official order stated.
