Agitational bugle sounded by Public Sector General Insurance Companies to press for their genuine demands-Trilok Singh

“We salute the employees, officers, and the pensioners in Public Sector General Insurance Companies (PSGICs) for successfully carrying forward the ongoing struggle of joint forum of trade unions and associations in the last few days to meet our legitimate demands” said Trilok Singh, General Secretary, GIEAIA.
Further, the following agitational programs were decided in the virtual meeting of the joint forum of Trade Unions and Associations on the 11th October.
– October 17: Lunch hour demonstration at HO and RO centers, and submission of memorandum to CMDs and RO In-charges.
– October 21-24: Signature campaign throughout the country.
– October 24: Lunch hour demonstration at HO and RO centers, and submission of signatures to CMDs and RO In-charges.
– November 6: Half-day Dharna followed by lunch hour demonstration.
– November 12: Sit-in Dharna in front of CMDs’ and RO In-charges’.
“We appeal to the entire General Insurance Employees’ All India Association (GIEAIA) leadership to play a proactive and a decisive role in ensuring the success of these joint programs, in coordination with all Joint Forum of Trade Unions and Associations (JFTU) constituents. We also urge you to meet political leadership and MPs across the country to press our legitimate demands” added Trilok Singh, General Secretary, GIEAIA.
