AIIMS Bathinda issues new order on OPD services

As you are aware that there is a sudden rise in the Covid cases in Bathinda and around. Spread of Covid cases is more in the crowded places where social distancing cannot be maintained. To avoid the spread of Covid -19 infection by crowding of healthy patients coming in contact with the infected ones, especially in the hospital setup, decision has been taken to curtail the number of patients visiting AIIMS Bathinda for availing OPD services.
The OPDs will remain functional only for the unavoidable and needy patients. The patients having chronic ailment and minor symptoms are requested to take the services of Tele Medicine as done previously and avoid unnecessary visit to the Hospital.
This mode of treatment is proposed only with the intention to keep the patients safe from Covid 19 infection.
