Alert-dharna planned in Patiala by ‘PSPCL, PSTCL MSC; Mall Road may remain blocked

Mulazam Sangharsh Committee of Punjab state Power Corporation limited and Punjab state Transmission Corporation limited has given a call of a daylong dharna outside the head office of the PSPCL, PSTCL on August 21,2023 over their long-pending demands, including regularization of services.
Mulazam Sangharsh Committee union members had already submitted their charter of demands to to management of PSPCL and PSTCL.
Alert-dharna planned in Patiala by ‘PSPCL, PSTCL MSC; Mall Road may remain blocked. On the other hand the management of Punjab state Power Corporation limited has asked its officers to not to allow any staff member to leave their place of duty, station and sanction any leave on August 21,2023. The officers were asked to sanction only medical leave of the employees. In addition to this, if any employees remain absent on this date, than no salary be given to the employee under ‘No Work No pay’ rule.
