Another twist in AG Punjab appointment ? Another senior advocate name came fore

A day before yesterday, DS Patwalia name comes for the appointment as AG Punjab. Later his name was dropped at the behest of congress high command.
Yesterday senior advocate Anmol rattan Singh Sidhu was finalized for the post of AG Punjab.
But, now a news has come that APS Deol will be the new AG Punjab as the state govt has once again dropped the name of Anmol Rattan Singh Sidhu.
In the last three days, three names were recommended for the post of AG Punjab.
Amarpreet Singh Deol appeared as counsel for former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini, who has been booked in a 29-year-old kidnapping case. Deol is the counsel for IG Paramraj Singh Umranangal, who faces charges in the Behbal Kalan firing case. He had even contested a case of CM Capt Amarinder Singh.
