Baba Farid Group to organize Free Cancer Medical Camp on May 9 at Bathinda

In current scenario, Malwa region is very much affected by a dangerous disease like Cancer among the many other diseases of all over world. Therefore, a mega ‘Free Cancer Medical Camp’ is being organized by Baba Farid Group of Institutions and World Cancer Care Charitable Trust on May 9, 2019 at Baba Farid Campus, Muktsar Road, Bathinda to prevent this terrible disease and to make people aware about cancer. In this camp, health check-up for cancer of women and men, blood cancer diagnosis and health checkup for other diseases will be done by a team of expert doctors and medicines will be provided free of cost to the patients.
The organizers of this camp said that the number of patients suffering from this disease is increasing day by day but its treatment is possible after its detection in the preliminary stage of cancer.Therefore, a ‘Free Cancer Medical Camp’ is being organised by the World Cancer Care Charitable Trust and Baba Farid Group of Institutions to get timely treatment to prevent this disease by getting cancer related tests.They said that this camp would be especially useful for women as there will be special cancer tests in women in this camp.
During the camp, Mammogram Tests for breast cancer diagnosis, Pap smear test for women’s cervical cancer diagnosis, PSA for men’s prostate cancer Tests, oral cancer tests, women and men’s blood cancer screening, diabetes and blood pressure tests will be taken free of charge and the required medicines will be provided free of charge. All Tests of cancer and other diseases will be done with modern machines which will be absolutely free and necessary advice will also be given to treat cancer patients by specialist doctors.
