Balwant Kumar joins as chief engineer GHTP Lehra Mohabbat

Balwant kumar today joined as Chief Engineer at Sri Guru Hargobind Thermal Plant on Thursday. Balwant Kumar has served at various positions during his 31 years of service.
The newly appointed Chief Engineer was born in the house of Hazara Ram on 23 May 1965 at Nawan shahar district. He completed his engineering from Guru Nanak Engineering College (GNE) Ludhiana in 1988 as AE. His first joining was at Nawan shahar in 1989.
As remain posted as different positions in different parts of the state. Earlier also . Kumar has served as SE Distribution in Patiala.

After taking over the post of Chief Engineer Balwant kumar appealed to the people of Punjab and the country to cooperate with the government and the district administration to eliminate the outbreak of Corona virus during the current period by remaining inside their homes. To contribute in the fight kumar also appealed to the employees and officers to do their duty with utmost care and they should also look after their health minutely. He said that we all should serve honestly and diligently. He instructed the officers and employees working under them to act on the orders of the department immediately whenever they receive orders to operate the thermal plants.
