Basanta Rajkumar IFS takes over as president of IFS association, Punjab

In the General Body Meeting of Indian Forest Service Officers of Punjab, held on March 9,2026, Basanta Rajkumar IFS has been unanimously elected as the President of the IFS Association, Punjab Chapter.
Rajkumar is among the senior most IFS officer in Punjab and is presently working as the Chief Wildlife Warden of Punjab and also having the charge of MD of Punjab State Forest Development Corporation.
Other elected Executive Members of IFS Association Punjab include S.P. Anand IFS, S.K. Sagar IFS, Dharamveer Dairu IFS, Amneet Singh IFS, Harpreet Kaur IFS and Harbhajan Singh IFS.
