Blossoms Senior Secondary School Patiala organized a marathon on 26th Nov, 2017 in collaboration with Blossoms School Alumni Association.
Around 250 students from classes VII TO XII of the school and 100 members of the BSSA participated enthusiastically in the marathon . SHO Traffic S. Karnail Singh guided the students about traffic rules. It started from Baradari Gardens near (Rink Hall) to Thapar University and back to Baradari Gardens. There was a fifteen minutes warm up activity for the participants.
Chief Guest Mr.Raman Kumar (Sr. sub Judge District Court Patiala) flagged off the marathon . Mrs. Ravi Singh and Mrs. Sant Chahal trustees of Blossoms Senior Secondary School ,Patiala were also present there to cheer up the students to participate in the BSSA Marathon “Clean Patiala and Green Patiala”.
Sudershan Bedi (Chief Patron), Paramveer Singh ( President ), Saurab Bansal, Harish Gupta( Secretary) and Amit Chabbra of the Blossoms School Alumni Association (BSSA) took the initiative for organizing this event.
Harpreet Sandhu ( Vice President RGMC Club Patiala) gave away the medals , prizes to the winners of the marathon.
