The Chief Patron of Budha Dal group of schools, Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh Ji 96 Crori organized the Divine Kirtan Darbar and Gurmat Samagam celebrating 300th birth anniversary of Singh Sahib Jathedar Baba Jassa Singh Ji Ahluwalia, Sultan-Ul-Kaum – the 4th Jathedar of Budha Dal. The blissful festival was organized at Budha Dal Public School, Patiala on 11 November 2017.
The school was beautifully decorated with flowers, buntings & confetti for this special event.The sangat was enthralled by the melodious Shabad Kirtan by renowned Ragies at the Kirtan Darbar including Singh Sahib Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji (Jathedar Sri Akal Takhat Sahib), Giani Jagtar Singh Ji (Head Granthi Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Tarsem Singh Ji (Morianwali- Tadhi Jatha Pracharak Budha Dal), Singh Sahib Giani Iqbal Singh Ji (Jathedar Takhat Sri Patna Sahib), Jathedar Baba Avtar Singh Ji (Dal Panth Baba Bidhi Chand), Baba Manmohan Singh Ji (Mukh Dharam Pracharak Wing Budha Dal), Jathedar Baba Gajjan Singh Ji (Mukh Tarna Dal Baba Bakala), Jathedar Baba Nihal Singh Ji (Tarna Dal Harian Velan), Baba Lakhwinder Singh Ji (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Ravinder Singh Ji (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib).
These top exponents of Sikh religion rendered an aura of spirituality and mysticism to the whole atmosphere.Present on the occasion were the Chief Patron of the school Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh Ji 96 Crori, the President – Mrs. Sukhvinderjit Kaur, Admin. Officer – Mrs. Parminderjit Kaur Brar, Principal – Dr. (Mrs.) Amrit Aujla, teachers, students of all the branches of Budha Dal Public Schools along with their parents. The event was witnessed by a huge number of devotees.The programme culminated with Gatka.
The auspicious weapons of great warrior Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Ji were on display for the sangat. The ceremony of Amrit Sanchar was carried out with religious fervor. Guru ka langar was served throughout the day without any break.
