Budha Dal organizes divine Kirtan Darbar to commemorate the Prakash Utsav

The Chief Patron of Budha Dal group of schools, Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh organized the Divine Kirtan Darbar and Gurmat Samagam commemorating 550th birth anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The blissful festival was organized at Budha Dal Public School, Patiala on 1 November 2019.The school was beautifully decorated with flowers, buntings & confetti.

The sangat was enthralled by the melodious Shabad Kirtan by renowned Ragies including Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh (Jathedar Sri Akal Takhat Sahib), Giani Jagtar Singh (Head Granthi Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Tarsem Singh (Morianwali- Tadhi Jatha Pracharak Budha Dal), Singh Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh  (Jathedar Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib), Singh Sahib Giani Ranjit Singh  (Jathedar Takhat Shri Patna Sahib), Jathedar Baba Avtar Singh (Dal Panth Baba Bidhi Chand), Baba Manmohan Singh  (Mukh Dharam Pracharak Wing Budha Dal), Jathedar Baba Gajjan Singh (Mukh Tarna Dal Baba Bakala), Jathedar Baba Nihal Singh  (Tarna Dal Harian Velan), Bhagwan Singh Johal (Sikh Vidhvan),  Bhai Karnail Singh (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Rai Singh  (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Nirmal Singh  (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Shaukeen Singh  (Hajuri Ragi Jatha Sri Darbar Sahib), Bhai Pritpal Singh  (Katha Vachak, Gurudwara Sri Dukhniwaran Sahib, Patiala).

These top exponents of Sikh religion rendered an aura of spirituality and mysticism to the whole atmosphere. Around 1,100 students of the school rendered group shabads  enriching the mood of occasion.

Present on the occasion were the Chief Patron of the school Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh  the President – Sukhvinderjit Kaur, Admin. Officer – Parminderjit Kaur Brar, Principal –  Dr. (Mrs.) Amrit Aujla, teachers, students of all the branches of Budha Dal & their parents. The event was witnessed by a huge number of devotees. The programme culminated with Gatka.

The auspicious weapons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji which were presented to the first Jathedar Baba Binod Singh were on display for the sangat. The ceremony of Amrit Sanchar was carried out with religious fervor. Guru ka langar was served throughout the day.
