Byjus selected 7 GNDU students at Rs. 10 Lakh per annum

A leading education company Byjus has selected 7 students of Guru Nanak Dev University at the pay package of Rs. 10 Lakh per annum. Out of the 7 students, 5 are from MBA and 2 are from B.Tech. CSE. These students will join their jobs after their final exams in July 2020
Earlier, this company invited applications for the post of Business Development Associates. A total of 454 students of university applied for the said post. The company conducted the online interviews of the students and selected 7 students. The whole process of selection was virtual and carried out online by the company. The names of the selected MBA students are Parth Mehra, Anuj Mahajan, Mohit Batra, Ritesh Sharma and Vaibhav Mittal and selected B.Tech. students are Anmol Vyas and Satnam Singh.
Prof. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice Chancellor congratulated the faculty and the students on getting the job offers from Byjus. The demand for the University students by the corporate world itself speaks of the quality infrastructure and facilities available at the university. He added that the university staff is working hard for the benefit of the students even during this COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Dr. Amit Chopra, Asstt. Placement Officer added that the GNDU is one of the favourite hunting grounds for Top multinational firms.
