Chandumajra close aide Harvinder Singh Harpalpur booked for rape

Patiala Police booked Anandpur Sahib Member Parliament Prem singh Chandumajra close aide and Senior Youth Akali leader Harvinder Singh Harpalpur in a rape, forgery case. A FIR number 98 is lodged on the complaint of Baljinder Kaur wife of Baldev Singh at Ghanour Police Station under section A case under Sections 376 (rape), a non-bailable offence, 420 (fraud) and 506 (criminal intimidation), 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) .
The complainant Baljinder kaur alleged that after the death of her husband Harvinder Singh Harpalpur who remained market Committee Chairman, Sr. Vice Chairman of Punjab Khadi & Gram Udyog during SAD-BJP ruling, raped her. She alleged that Harpalpur later sold her land for Rs. 50.00 lacs and gave her only 15.00 lacs through a demand draft. When she demanded the remaining amount, Harpalpur denied the same. So the police booked Harvinder Singh Harpalpur for a fraud case also.
Patiala Police also booked Jasvir Singh,Kulwant Singh along with Harwinder Singh Harpalpur.
Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajara always said that Harvinder Singh Harpalpur is a very devoted and loyal worker of the SAD who always stood by the party even in odd times.
