Cleanliness drive takes place at key religious sites in Patiala under Local Government campaign

As part of the ongoing cleanliness campaign initiated by the Local Government Department, Punjab, a comprehensive drive was conducted at prominent religious sites in Patiala, including Sri Kali Devi Mandir, Rodesha Dargah, Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib, and the local church.
Municipal Commissioner Dr. Rajat Oberoi stated that volunteers, along with the Municipal Corporation of Patiala, worked diligently to collect and properly dispose of waste, ensuring these sacred areas were thoroughly cleaned.
He emphasized that the initiative underscores the importance of maintaining clean and welcoming spaces for visitors and worshippers, reaffirming the corporation’s commitment to the daily upkeep of these sites.
