CM to order action against guilties NSCA Chief Kainth

The Chief of the Socio-Politic Organization, National Scheduled Castes Alliance (NSCA), Paramjit Singh Kainth on Friday lashing against the state government alleged that under its rule the people are fails to get the justice because of a nexus of the Politicians and the civil and Police Officials and this nexus has created a terror like situation in the state and the poor people are compelled to face a repression,

He made such remarks while talking to the media persons here today, He further said that there are a series of cases in which the people are denied the justice because of the pressure of this so-called nexus of Politicians and high civil and police officials, He added that in the home district of the Chief Minister the administration has become a puppet in the hands of the MLA’s of the ruling party and their writ prevails in the district and because of the unwanted interference of these MLA’s people are compelled to face many hardships.

Kainth while picking up one such case out of these, further said that on 26 September, 2017  the Patrasn police registered a case under FIR No. 224 under sections 306 and 120-B of IPC against accused Congress’s Former MLA From Mansa Mangat Ram Bansal, a School’s Owner Rakesh Kumar, Salina Rani, Veena Rani, Mohint Kumar and Kuldeep Kumar at Patran Police Station concerning a Suicide case in which a Aggarwal Mahajan person  Sandeep kumar committed suicide as the school owner was having alleged relationship with Sandeep ‘s wife and when he tried to raise the issue he was harassed a lot and compelled to take the step to end up his life. Kainth said that even as at that time Sandeep also left a suicide note and it was in the possession of the police but due to the undue interference of the Congress party’s MLA’s neither of the accused named in the FIR have been arrested so far by the police.

Kainth said that see the height of the situation that now the nexus trying to save the accused as one of the IPS officer (SP-Head quarter Taranbir Kaur) investing the case trying to weaken thew case by putting pressure against the family of Sandeep Kumar and want to end up the case, allege Kainth.

The NSCA Chief further alleged that this all is happening under the knowledge of CM’s wife, Preneet kaur and people are denied justice.  He urged the Chief Minister, Captain Amarinder Singh, who is also Home Minister of the state, to look into the matter and order immediate arrest of all the accused named in the case and also high level inquiry against the official involved in the nexus for denial of the justice so that a rule of Law be restored and the poor people be provided justice in real manners.

Kainth said that due to in-operation of the Nexus of Politicians and civil and police officials the people are living under a terror and feeling insecure as well and its the constitutional duty of CM to restore the faith of people in the law so it demand immediate action.
