Columbia Asia hospital created hand wash awareness among GEMS school children

Columbia Asia Hospital, Patiala marked Global Hand Washing Day by educating school children’s and creating awareness. On this occasion Daisy, bath Infection Control Nurse Columbia Asia Hospital, Patiala educated kinder garten students of GEMS Public School, Patiala about hand washing techniques and steps involved in it as well as benefits from it.
She also told how important is hand washing in our daily life and how it can protect us and our families from many deadly diseases. In this workshop she also gave the demo to students and teachers on how to wash your hands properly.
After that Daisy also gave training on first aid techniques in daily life. On this occasion Principal of School and Dhiraj Puri & Sachin Kumar from Columbia Asia were also present.

Global Handwashing Day is an annual global advocacy day dedicated to advocacting for handwashing with soap as an easy, effective, and affordable way to prevent diseases and save lives.
