As per civil surgeon Patiala, today, 105  new cases and 2 deaths were reported in Patiala district. Yesterday 180 cases were reported in Patiala district. Today 168 cured patients were discharged from covid care centres, hospitals in Patiala district and now total cured patients touched 4796 mark. Positive cases in Patiala go up to 6438 with todays new cases and active cases goes to 1474

Corona updates; September brought some respite from Corona cases in Patiala. Out of these 105 cases, 53 reported from Patiala, 17 from Rajpura,10 from nabha , 3 from Samana,7 from Patran, 1 from Sanour and rest 14 from different villages of the district. Today 2 deaths were reported in Patiala.

Four from Patiala to Gobind Bagh, three each from Sui Gran Mohalla, Anand Nagar B, Ekta Nagar, Sant Nagar, Gurdarshan Nagar, Majithia Enclave, Phulkian Enclave, Swaran Vihar, two each from Guru Nanak Nagar, Ram Bagh Colony, Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar, Dhillon Colony, Baba Deep Singh Nagar, Anand Nagar A, Purana Lal Bagh, Tripuri, Vikas Vihar, North Avenue, Lakkar Mandi, Tej Bagh Colony, Chhatta Nannu Mall, Arya Samaj, Raghomajra, Gobind Nagar, Tawakli Mor. , Charan Bagh, Kishore Colony, Mai Ji Di Saran, Khalsa Colony etc.

Two each from Gandhi Colony of Rajpura and from nearby Singh Sabha Gurudwara, Gobind Colony, Arjun Nagar, Dupatta Market, Work Center Colony, Vikas Nagar, Indira Market, Near Mirch Mandi, NTC School, Hind Enclave, Batheja Colony , Sheetal Colony, Guru Nanak Colony etc. one each. Four from Kartarpura Mohalla of Nabha, Kamla Colony, Haridas Colony, Vikas Colony, Apo Aap Mohalla, Bhattan Street, Mahes Gate etc.Three from Samana, seven from Patran, one from Sanor and 14 positive cases have been reported from different villages, including two health workers.

As per Dr Malhotra a 7o years old resident of Preet Nagar and a 80 years old resident of Vikas Colony Patiala died today and the total tally goes to 168
