While playing first India has made 326 for the loss of 5 wickets in their stipulated 50 overs.
In response to this the strong team scattered like a playing cards in the match. The whole team manages to make only 83 runs and are all out in 27.1 overs.

Kohli reached the landmark when he scored a single in the 49th over of the Indian innings in front of a packed Eden Gardens crowds. Virat Kohli equalled Sachin Tendulkar’s record of 49 one-day international hundreds, reaching the landmark in 119 balls, including 10 fours. Kohli put on on brilliant 134-run stand for the third wicket with Shreyas Iyer who made 77.
India register their 8th straight win in the tournament, ensuring that they would finish at the top of the points table with at least 16 points in their kitty.
