Crowning glory of Patiala- shuttler Shikhar Ralhan won Double Crown in state championship

Patiala shuttler Shikhar Rallan has brought laurels to the royal city of Patiala by winning two Gold Medals (Double Crown) in the Punjab State Badminton Championship that was held at Pathankot from 26th October-21 to 31st October-21.
In a six-day long championship recently held in Pathankot, Shikhar Rallan, a student of YPS Patiala bagged Gold Medal in boys Under-17 Singles & Doubles both. After his scintillating performance, he has secured a place in the Nationals and will represent Punjab State in the National Championships.
This avid shuttler has participated and won several State and National level tournaments. His winning spree started in year 2017 during Punjab State Badminton Championship, where he won Bronze medal in U-13 Boys Singles and a Silver medal in Doubles. In All India IPSC Boys Championship 2018, he clinched Silver medal in U-14 Boys Singles. He had also represented Punjab in various National championships and had been ranked amongst top players of the tournament.
