DC conducts checking at government offices in Barnala

In step towards providing smooth and hassle free services to citizens and to ensure discipline among the officers and employees in the government offices, Deputy Commissioner Barnala, Tej Partap Singh Phoolka today conducted checking in the various offices at District Administrative Complex.
The Deputy Commissioner conducted inspection at 9 am and asked the concerned officers to ensure that people do not face any sort of difficulty in any public service. Phoolka strictly said that all officers and other staff should be reached at office on time otherwise strict action would be taken. Deputy Commissioner visited various offices including Excise Department, Election Tehsildar Office, District Education Officer (Elementary), District Education Officer (Secondary) Office, DDPO Office, record room including many others.
Phoolka directed to department heads and the other staff to ensure attendance in their offices on time. The Deputy Commissioner said that the state government is committed to provide smooth and hassle-free administrative services to the people and no laxity would be tolerated in the functioning of key departments. This checking campaign would be continued in the coming days to ensure hassle-free and timely services to the people, DC added.
