DC Inspects Crèche Facility for Working Mothers at DAC, Patiala; working mothers can use crèche for child care: Yadav

Deputy Commissioner, Patiala Dr. Preeti Yadav inspected the “Kilkarian Crèche” located behind blocks C and D of the District Administrative Complex near the District Child Protection Officer’s office. During her visit, she reviewed the facilities provided to children and obtained feedback from the staff.
After inspecting the crèche, Dr. Preeti Yadav stated that the crèche is a great option for working mothers employed in the District Administrative Complex, allowing them to keep their children close by and work without worry. She appealed to working mothers to utilize the crèche as needed.
She highlighted that the crèche is equipped with a supervisor for child supervision, CCTV cameras, security guards, toys for play, bathrooms, and a pantry. She added that children can be left at the crèche on all working days except holidays. Dr. Pritpal Singh Sidhu, Secretary of the District Red Cross Society, was also present on the occasion.
