Delhi High Court directs SIT in 1984 Sikh genocide cases to file status report against Kamalnath: Sirsa

Fighting for justice in 1984 Sikh genocide cases Sikh community got a big relief today when Delhi High Court directed Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing these cases to file status report in case against Congress leader, former CM and Gandhi family confidant Kamalnath by April 23, 2024. This was disclosed by BJP National Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa.

In a statement released here today, Sirsa disclosed that he was personally following up cases of 1984 Sikh genocide and had filed application with Union Home Ministry to open closes cases Kamalnath and all others accused of 1984 Sikh genocide cases. He said that he had even approached courts in the matter.

He said that he was thankful to judiciary as Delhi High Court today ordered SIT to file status report in case against Kamalnath who is accused of killing two members of a Sikh family at Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib who were brutally murdered by mob as per directions of Kamalnath.

Sirsa said that hearing a petition filed by him Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma had directed SIT file status report by April 23, 2024. He said that Kamalnath is a murdered who was saved by Gandhi family and Congress party till date but now his days are over and he will have face the music for sins he committed against Sikh community.

Delhi High Court directs SIT in 1984 Sikh genocide cases to file status report against Kamalnath: Sirsa expressed confidence that finally all the guilty of 1984 Sikh genocide will go to jail as per law of the land reiterated his commitment to take these cases to their logical conclusions.
