Delhi police starts it’s another action at Tikri border

As per available information, the Delhi Police has once again come into action mode at Tikri border. It has began removing barricades put up at the Tikri border where thousands of farmers are protesting against the Centre’s three agriculture laws at the three borders of the national capital against the contentious farm laws since November last year.
JCB machines were seen removing blockades at the Tikri border. On October 21, the Supreme Court said that farmers have the right to protest but roads cannot be blocked indefinitely. This came while hearing a plea against the blockade of roads between Delhi to Noida due to farmers’ protests against the three agriculture laws.
Delhi police starts it’s another action at Tikri border. The Delhi police has also start removing the iron nails that were placed in the roads near the protesting site.
After the violence in Delhi during the farmers’ Republic Day rally, the Delhi Police put in place multi-layered blockades at the three border protest sites by digging pits, placing iron nails and positioning iron barricades as well as concrete barriers.
