Departmental examination for Punjab govt officers from March 2

Departmental Examination Committee, Punjab is organizing the next examination of Punjab government departments, of certain categories of Officers/Officials from March 2 to 6, 2020 at Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab (MGSIPAS), Sector 26, Chandigarh in two shifts i.e. from 9.00 A.M. to 12:00 noon and 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.
Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that these categories include Assistant Commissioners, Extra Assistant Commissioners/I.P.S officers, Tehsildars/ Revenue Officials and other departments.
The spokesman further said that those officers who intend to appear in the said examination should send their applications to the Secretary to Government Punjab, Department of Personnel and Secretary, Departmental Examination Committee (PCS Branch), Punjab Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, through their Departments in the prescribed performa by 17th February, 2020. No direct application will be entertained under any circumstances. Incomplete applications will be rejected and no Roll No. will be issued. The candidate, who does not get his Roll No. by 26th February, 2020 should contact the PCS Branch via E-Mail ([email protected]) or telephone (0172-2740553 (PBX-4648), the spokesman added.
