Dr. KK Aggarwal taken over as Principal Government Medical College Patiala

Senior most forensic medicine expert under Punjab Government & Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology Professor Dr. KK Aggarwal has taken over as Principal Government Medical College Patiala.
He has 35 years experience as forensic medicine expert and remained head of the department of Forensic Medicine in medical colleges at Amritsar, Faridkot and now at Patiala for more than five years.
During his tenure as Head of the Forensic Medicine Department at Amritsar, the MD degree of forensic medicine was recognized by Medical Council of India. He has been appointed from a panel of senior most medical teachers. Representatives of various associations in Government Medical College and Rajindra Hospital today greeted Dr Abggarwal on his joining.
The Punjab State Medical & Dental Teachers Association has welcomed this appointment and thanked Cabinet Minister Medical Education & Research Brahm Mohindra for giving this opportunity to Dr Aggarwal keeping in view his administrative and academic qualities. Dr DS Bhullar, State General Secretary of the association hoped the medical college and hospital will show further improvements in teaching and functioning under him.
