On the sacred occasion of the 327th Khalsa Sajna Divas, a large religious congregation was organized at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, where devotees strengthened their spiritual connection with the Guru through the Amrit Sanchar ceremony. Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Harmeet Singh Kalka extended heartfelt greetings to the entire Sangat and highlighted the uniqueness of the Khalsa Panth, encouraging devotees to stay connected with the Guru.

Addressing the Sangat, Kalka stated that it is a matter of great pride and honor that devotees today have received the priceless blessing of ‘Khande Bate Di Pahul’ bestowed by the Guru, thereby dedicating their lives to the Guru’s path. He emphasized that while a person does not have the choice of selecting their parents or Guru at birth, the Khalsa Panth is uniquely blessed as every Sikh, through spiritual will, accepts Guru Gobind Singh as their father and Mata Sahib Kaur as their spiritual mother. This unparalleled spiritual relationship symbolizes the distinct identity and greatness of the Khalsa Panth.

He further added that the DSGMC has been consistently organizing Amrit Sanchar ceremonies to strengthen the movement of religious awareness, enabling more devotees to adopt the Guru’s discipline (Rehat). Referring to the Guru’s teaching, “Rehat Pyari Mujh Ko, Sikh Pyara Nahi,” he stressed that adherence to Rehat is the true hallmark of a Sikh way of life.

Kalka also informed that on the occasion of the martyrdom centenary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the DSGMC had resolved to conduct Amrit Sanchar on a large scale. As a result, thousands of devotees have embraced the Guru’s path, and even today, hundreds partook in Amrit, dedicating their lives to the Guru.

He appealed to the Sangat to participate in large numbers in the grand Kirtan program and Amrit Sanchar ceremony to be held on April 14 on the auspicious occasion of Vaisakhi at Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjara Hall. He urged those willing to partake Amrit can at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib by 10:00 AM on April 14, so that the ceremony can commence smoothly at 11:00 AM.
