Education Department of SGGS World University Celebrates Contributions of women on the eve of Women’s Day

The Department of Education of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University observed International Women’s Day by organising an exhibition of displays highlighting the contribution of women in different facets of life.
Narinder Singh, B.A.-B.Ed Batch 2020, presented a self composed poe on the the role of women in life of an individual. Students shared their experiences with the teachers of the department and appreciated contribution of their teachers in their professional training.
Prof Bhupinder Singh, Dean Faculty of Education and Information Science, visited the exhibition and lauded the effort of the students. He shared that students should take inspiration from the life of eminent personalities.
Dr Harneet Billing, Department in charge appreciated the efforts of the faculty members in organising the exhibition.
